Edwards IDS Designs Chamber Research Tutorial

Edwards IDS recently worked with Ms. Ashley Risher, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Assistant, to create, design, and develop an online tutorial on how to conduct business research using databases available through the Resource Center.		  
 
 
 

 

 

  
 

 

  
 

 

  
 
 
   
 

Chamber and prospective-Chamber members can view the tutorial at work, at home, or in the Resource Center in less than 30 minutes to learn how to use the most popular business databases: Dunn & Bradstreet and Reference USA. Ashley had been responsible for sitting with each Chamber member to teach them how to conduct business research.

“This tutorial revolutionizes our Resource Center!” says Ashley, the narrator. “Now I only have to point them to the tutorial, and they’re making progress in no time. What’s especially nice is that they remember how to use the databases from that point forward. And they have the tutorial if they forget something. I now have more time to do other Chamber-related activities.”
